As Head of International Recruitment you will use your knowledge of International markets to play a leading role in ensuring the University hits its targets for the recruitment of overseas students that are set in the University strategic plan.
This role is target based and will involve managing a team of approximately 6 established sales reps who cover a territory of the North of England and Scotland. Therefore you will need to have a strong career of hitting targets, setting KPIs, monitoring progress and talent management to ensure that your team are working to their best ability.
