You will identify, develop, manage and drive GI sales through regional broker relationships, in order to achieve sales targets and profitability within a defined geographical area. The successful candidate will have experience of communicating to business partners the benefits of General Insurance products and achieve desired volumes and profitability.
Primarily responsible for the delivery of training services and consultancy. Responsible for the active development and support of the marketing, business development and sales effort required to support the delivery of GPs services.
Responsible for developing and managing a specific programme assigned by the customers internal clients for which you will be involved in operations management and administrative activities. Responsible for establishing excellent customer relationships ensuring total customer satisfaction.
The General Manager should have incinerator, treatment or process plant experience, and will be fully accountable for the operational activities of the Leeds site, in order to safely meet customer service levels, utilisation and availability levels in accordance with group targets, the license compliance and environmental conditions, within approved Business Plan budgets.
You will provide specialist* technical consultancy services to Protection Sales & Marketing and other relevant internal and external stakeholders. This will include acting as a technical consultant on complex product propositions and producing and/or signing off materials where they relate to complex/specialist* technical matters.
You will be responsible for all managerial aspects of the home, with your top priority for the home to provide good quality person centred care. Managing a multi skilled care team you will lead and motivate the staff, ensuring that training is fully up to date and regular supervisions take place.
The role will be based within our Protection division with the primary focus of achieving key objectives and targets for the business. This is a highly strategic role, one which requires experience of identifying, designing and implementing a product strategy.
To be responsible for the development and delivery of a cohesive and robust Training & Competence strategy for the Employed Sales Force and Direct Advice Line in our Banks and Building Societies Distribution (BBSD) that enables it to achieve compliance with FSA T&C requirements.
