The post requires applicants to have extensive practitioner and theoretical knowledge of professional development and education aligned to initial teacher education and training, a strong vision for developing the School of Education's extensive ITE programmes in primary, early years, secondary and post-compulsory, outstanding analytical, planning and implementation skills, and the ability to lead and motivate professional, academic and partnership staff.
The role is responsible for managing a team of 6 account managers across a national geography. You will lead, motivate and manage this talented team to continued success. The role will involve significant customer interaction in conjunction with the sales team, providing additional clout on significant potential business projects.
