The job will include derivation of design parameters, geotechnical design including soil structure interaction, bearing capacity, settlement assessments, design of piles for axial and lateral loading. Understanding of Eurocode 7 design methods is essential.
Our Client requires broad experience of civil and structural engineering with an emphasis on the Oil & Gas industry, a good understanding of geotechnical matters and an appreciation of Architectural and Building Services design. They should be conversant with all major civil/structural design codes and be computer literate. Also familiarity with software analysis and design packages such as STAAdPro.
