Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will be responsible for: - Full Purchasing responsibility for Raw Materials, MRO, CAPEX and Services spend across all UK(4) and European (6) sites. - Lead and develop Purchasing strategy across Europe and deliver objectives.
The team function is to provide tax advice directly to the Commercial, Finance, Legal and MandA teams as required. You will provide support and be responsible for determining transfer pricing methodologies and ensure that appropriate documentation is in place for the group`s businesses and for providing support and assistance to other members of the Tax function in respect of transfer pricing.
