Focussing primarily on new business acquisition and development, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers and engaging with them in order to develop a multi-level dialogue leading to consulting assignments. The criticality and technical breadth of the services my client offers ensures that the process of building customer relationships is structured and complex, and requires careful management by the Business Development Executive to reach a successful conclusion.
As part of this expansion they now require a Service and Support Manager to provide leadership to a specialist team of customer support and service engineers delivering support to customers across the UK and, increasingly, internationally. The Service and Support Manager will be responsible for managing day to day customer support operations but more importantly will drive growth in service revenues by working with sales and product teams to create new opportunities.
