To manage the day to day operation of the designated region through liaison with the UK Manager. To develop relationships with Brokers and Corporate Clients in a designated geographical area ensuring profitable account growth across A&H lines of business. To manage (in matrix) the Business Development Underwriters and Renewal Underwriters within the designated region and work effectively with relevant staff in Profit Centre and Branch through agreed distribution routes.
