The Head of IT is responsible for developing and delivering the customer facing technology strategy to meet the next stage of growth. As a key conduit between technology and the core business, this role connects the technology strategy to the day to day working of the organization. It's a delivery focused role, with line management of approximately 20 people across operations, development, infrastructure and front end development.
Reporting to the MD, the Head of Operations will have the responsibility for all logistics functions, customer services, fleet and planning. As well as the "day job," the HOO will also oversee implementations and change management activities.
