The centre will provide engineering and design expertise to the UK 's high value engineering sector, in order to raise the performance of both local and national manufacturing companies.
The successful candidate will fulfill the role of Head of Department and will have substantial experience and expertise in academic leadership and management, with a clear vision of the future of the discipline, and how the Department might move forward to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities.
