The successful candidate will have a strong track record of tribunal advocacy and the preparation of Employment Tribunal claims. As one of the lead advocates you will be required to focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy and in particular the complex and high value claims the team undertake. You will also be expected to develop and maintain existing clients relationships and participate in the team's networking and targeting initiatives, as well as supervise less experienced members of the team.
This is a great opportunity to undertake a broad range of contentious and non contentious employment law matters including restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, compromise agreements, discrimination, redundancy, exit packages, staff handbooks, contracts and service agreements. In addition experience of undertaking immigration, employee benefits or pensions matters would be advantageous. You'll be well versed in marketing and business development and the desire to build/grow your own client base is key.
