Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing. Knowledge of Medicare Regulations. Must drive and have a valid Ohio driver's license.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in the social sciences preferably social work, psychology or counseling. Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency illnesses, assessment, patient and family education, treatment and therapy of these illnesses.
