Reporting to the Managing Director this role will maximise financial and operational performance, provide strong senior team leadership, ensure cost effective delivery of services and safe clinical quality. The successful candidate will have significant multi site operations, change management and strong organisational experience.
The ideal candidate will have integrated facilities management experience, with knowledge of FM service delivery. The experience to manage a budget and have full P&L responsibility within a challenging contract. You will be a strong operator a natural leader with commercial and all round leadership and relationship management skills. You must also have a strong understanding of how to liaise with the SPV and the ability to influence at a senior level on a PFI contract.
