The role will involve the successful candidate managing end to end relationships with customers that will be allocated. This will include everything from ensuring that commitments made to customers are delivered to identifying where there is a gap for the customer to be able to up sell to the specific customer.
You will engage and manage stakeholders, gathering requirements on a client facing basis, ensuring you capture requirements and needs in full so as to present your findings accordingly. You will be comfortable organising and chairing workshops and be responsible for process writing, reviewing and designing whilst being able to work both on your own and in a group where you must show enthusiasm and encouragement aswell as team leading and mentoring skills with an assertiveness where required.
