You will be responsible for producing new business as well as maintaining and developing business with existing clients. You will use your knowledge of financial products to advise and form a strategy for each individual client and also monitor your portfolio in order to establish and highlight where switches can be made to client's agreed model in order to benefit them.
This role is target based and will involve managing a team of approximately 6 established sales reps who cover a territory of the North of England and Scotland. Therefore you will need to have a strong career of hitting targets, setting KPIs, monitoring progress and talent management to ensure that your team are working to their best ability.
