The Head of Technical support role is accountable for providing technical support services to underpin operational efficiency and effectiveness and to ensure RAC is seen as a technical leader in the provision of roadside assistance. The job holder will also support the RAC brand through engagement in Public Affairs on behalf of RAC Operations.
Highly experienced in System or Software Engineering and Support you will join the team to support delivery of updated and new digital broadcast and PDL platforms working on a range of applications through the full SDLC.
