An exciting opportunity has arisen for Technical Support Specialist to work as part of the Technical Operations Team in the Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) area. The team are responsible for the support and development of Business applications and for the support of business processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, testing and support of existing applications but will also be responsible for the development of bespoke solutions to meet business requirements.
Accountable for product line/technology area problem identification, resolution and communication May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the problem is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
