The position is exciting and challenging and the Head of Energy Consultancy will act as the focal point for developing the Energy Market in Buildings. He/She will be supported by our existing technical capability to enable a seamless offering from strategic level advice through to the implementation of projects.
The ideal candidate will have integrated facilities management experience, with knowledge of TFM preferred either Hard or Soft FM biased background. Hence, a natural leader with commercial and all round leadership and relationship management skills. With an ability to deal with a complex political environment, and at the same time an understanding of how to grow the contract.

The successful candidate will primarily interpret requirements provided by external and internal customers and produce technical solutions which support these requirements. Work with representatives of external and internal customers to plan implementation of patches and major releases of WebSphere software to ensure that processes are fully understood by all parties in order to minimize risk to services.
Support in excess of 2000 devices including telephone handsets, desktop PCs, laptops, Wyse terminals, mobile devices, printers, scanners and audio visual equipment; approximately 300 server and desktop software applications.
You will be supervising, managing and motivating the technical operations team of seven engineers split between central London and California. This includes organising career development and training plans, improving efficiency with new processes, managing the response to outages and large customer escalations and reporting key metrics up to senior management.
