The successful candidate for this position will support Windows Server 2003/2008 and will have experience providing support for Active Directory and VMware. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ISA Server 2006 or Thread Management and should ideally have a MCSA or MCSE qualification.
The role will be an opportunity to work on highly transactional projects, with over 300 transactions per second; within an agile environment. This position will provide the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team, whilst directing the company's advancement with new projects.

Design, code and unit test to professional quality while keeping to esures standards and Technical Principals. Provide all required documentation for the project in accordance with the defined Development Life Cycle procedures.
Responsible for the ongoing analysis and requirements definition of changes to IT systems and processes throughout the Company. To provide support to the business, and all IT depts throughout the IT development lifecycle when implementing system changes resulting from changed business requirements.
The job holder will be able to organise, coordinate, structure and execute projects through a range of people and resources outside of their direct control or immediate influence. A key component of this role is to be proactive, effective and collaborative when communicating with a range of business and technical stakeholders.
Ensure the correct functioning of those systems which are not outsourced such as PCF cheque printing, Apple Macs, Digilog etc
To support and deliver a range of projects in order to meet key commercial deliverables, facilitate improved structure and consistency across operations and facilitate strategic decision-making.
