The purpose of the Maintenance Technician Assistant is to assist in the overall maintenance operations while taking a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The Maintenance Technician Assistant is responsible for ensuring the community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the company.
This position is responsible for carrying out the maintenance processes of the community, focusing on the upkeep of the community’s common areas. The Housekeeper provides the “first impression” as each future resident walks into the interior of the community.
This position is responsible for preparing make ready units for releasing. The Make Ready Technician provides necessary repairs for all aspects of the units and is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition.
