It is essentially that you come with not only extensive Solaris administration skills, but also working knowledge of clustering systems, either Sun or Veritas Clustering. You would be responsible for capacity, escalation, security, performance and configuration management through L2 support of the companies Sun Solaris system. It is essentially that you have strong Veritas clustering experience on top of your Solaris administration skills.
As part of this team you will be required to proactively manage and investigate alarms, alerts, abnormalities on the specific client's Linux based networks and support network fault resolutions within the agreed SLA's, as well as also getting involved in project work to upgrade the core Data Centre Server infrastructure.
