You will lead and manage a team of Adjusters, Claims Handlers and Administrators and will be responsible for the achievement of their performance targets and the branch's service level agreements. Strict targets will need to be met surrounding leakage, renewal retention and customer service standards. You will conduct internal audits to ensure all claims are handled correctly and all processes are completed within compliance guidelines.
Primarily responsible for the design, implementation and management of multiple concurrent projects on C# & VB.Net applications, the Development and Support Manager will define software development standards whilst also performing a hands-on development role. In addition, the IT Manager will outline support / helpdesk standards, manage departmental budgets and provide strong leadership & motivation for the team.
