The main responsibilities will be first and second line support via the Service Desk including ensuring that users are able to operate with maximum systems availability; assisting the Lead Support Analyst in maintaining and developing the current Service Desk System.
This is an exciting role that will play an integral part within the company, but it is essential that you come with a number of years experience in BSS and within an IT company. You should also have experience of working within an ITIL or eTom environment. The company are seriously growing and expect to play an important role in the telecommunications market over the coming years, having taken on a number of new clients recently.
