It means defining and configuring IDS/IPS monitoring solutions, and developing and testing the signature and anomaly-based monitoring rule sets to identify key events (including data leakage and network intrusion). Youll also work with the Network Operations team and the wider business, providing training for colleagues and support for other security teams.
The successful candidate will provide senior design and development skills to deliver high quality enhancements and maintenance changes to the wide range of applications developed within Hastings Direct. The role will assist in the production of systems and solutions designs and ensure that systems architecture is maintained at all times.
