As Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Area Managers delivering catering solutions to a variety of independent/maintained schools and B&I clients. You will be expected to take ownership for your area of business ensuring its profitability, efficiency and above all the satisfaction of your clients.
This role will require involvement in a number of areas of the business whilst undertaking responsibility for multiple company-wide projects such as the development and implementation of an on-line trading ability and the evaluation (and eventual replacement) of the current trading platform. The successful candidate will play a significant role in future branch development, together with maintaining and upgrading the current property portfolio.
