This role will require involvement in a number of areas of the business whilst undertaking responsibility for multiple company-wide projects such as the development and implementation of an on-line trading ability and the evaluation (and eventual replacement) of the current trading platform. The successful candidate will play a significant role in future branch development, together with maintaining and upgrading the current property portfolio.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for maximising sales performance, by working closely with their Branch Manager colleagues and the Product Manager on areas such as Merchandising, product performance etc. This will also entail a project on developing the showroom business throughout the branch network.

Working closely with a regional manager the role will ensure the achievement of the teams annual revenue target, whilst adhering to the companys business standards and regulatory requirements.

You will be Diploma or Chartered or working towards this so that you are in line for RDR. Some clients will be provided so you should be able and happy to develop these existing relationships and develop new long standing business.
