You will be selling to engineering and board level executives within waste companies and end users in the manufacturing sectors. They wish to meet with experienced sales people who have a track record in the industrial, process equipment or engineering capital equipment arenas. You will be used to long sales cycles and will be rewarded by an excellent uncapped commission scheme.
You will be managing a team of eight territory sales people as well as your own key accounts, with full P&L responsibility for this division. You will have a successful background of selling to the industrial or construction distribution sector, as well as a proven track record of people management or senior level sales.
