Business Development Analytics is an activity within the Business Development function, tasked to develop Hexcel's Strategic Plan and to support related Merger and Acquisition tasks. This role will gather and synthesize information on the Market (Industries, Customers, Competitors) and Hexcel's Portfolio to identify and resolve business gaps for incorporation within the company's Roadmaps (via organic or inorganic means) leading to a prioritization of investments and the development of the forward looking Strategic Plan.
Duties include managing and understanding the repair process, coaching & developing team members, producing corrective action plans, meeting customers to understand their service needs and working with internal departments to develop our service portfolio.
