As a Strategic Account Manager your primary task will be to build strong customer relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and encouraging loyalty within an assigned portfolio of high profile, corporate accounts within the Financial Services sector. More specifically, you will personally manage 5 high value accounts and lead business strategy development and implementation, have accountability for delivery of objectives, lead and manage a virtual team and develop and own customer support strategies.
As a Technical Consultant you will be required to provide information & guidance as well as have the knowledge of a range of governance, risk management and compliance standards and ability to understand our customer's compliance with laws and industry regulations. Ideally you will be well-versed in risk methodology (qualitative and quantitative) a good understanding of compliance technologies from coal-face to strategic MI and an appreciation of the 27001 and PCI compliance process (prev or current QSA a benefit but not mandatory).
