The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of insolvent accounts, providing restructuring and insolvency advice to the restructuring teams prior to insolvency. The role holder will be expected to maximise the bank's returns and to minimise any loss. In addition to devising and implementing strategies the role holder will be fully conversant with legal,banking and accounting issues.
The Restructuring Group provides tailored advice on all aspects of corporate recovery and restructuring. It is made up of over 70 specialist lawyers in the UK alone who provide a unique "one-stop-shop" service to clients. Our core services are to banks and other lenders providing debt facilities.
