Line manage the BTS PSO Finance team through coaching, appraisals and development, including the identification of appropriate trainingTrack CRs against original BC’s and ensure that BTS projects remain within overall governanceCapture Financial MI requirements within BTS and liaise with Central Finance team to deliver these via existing Finance MI reporting tools where possibleInterface between the project areas and Central Finance/Decision Support ManagersProvide assistance with completion of Quarterly Portfolio Review as necessaryManage and produce a financial Demand view of key projects for input to Central Finance, for incorporation into the Monthly Financial PackProvision of commentary to support financial reporting as required e.

Liaise with AIGs New York Reinsurance Controller and other Regional Finance and Accounting departments on all matters related to Reinsurance including: -Review and sign-off of Reinsurance schedules in statutory filings.
