Youll ensure that the Group Risk Framework is implemented, and that risk management and internal control processes are consistently applied across the business area. Working closely with senior management you will create a culture of risk management, embedding the principles of treating customers fairly (TCF), and assist in identifying and managing regulatory and operational risks.
Leading the Group Compliance Function, you will ensure your team establishes written guidance on the implementation of standards, assess internal procedures and follow up any deficiencies. In addition, you will be the main point of contact for compliance queries.
