Youll analyse the ongoing performance of our external IT suppliers. It means carrying out regular reviews to make sure the service they provide is top-notch, then feeding your findings back to the business.
Youll work closely with everyone in Collections and Finance to create, communicate and analyse collections scoring models, scorecards and behavioural systems. Plus, youll be asked to add a credit perspective on company-wide projects, and continually help everyone here develop a better understanding of risk.
