You will be responsible for the overall brand strategies for their development group including ensuring there are an appropriate number of products in the development pipeline to ensure that the company continues to grow as well as ensuring these brands are being developed and marketed effectively to hit or exceed targets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, yet still remaining hands on throughout this time. Any experience mentoring / leading more junior developers will be highly preferred. Extensive development experience is required, or at least some exposure in a leadership, or lead position. Someone from a consulting background would be very suitable for this position.
