You will be responsible for minimising risk and maximising efficiency of all technical aspects of the business, with a clear mandate to drive design improvements and component changes to existing/new products.
It will be your role to lead, manage and direct a technical sales and proposals team in the delivery of capital projects to UK customers. Reporting to the Managing Director you will define the strategy, the performance metrics and motivate your team to achieve them, taking an active role in holding high level relationships personally you will coach and develop your team to deliver competent solutions and sales success.
