A Lead Systems Analyst is required by this Investment Bank to lead a small team of Systems Analysts which will undertake the technical analysis, as used by the offshore development and testing teams for the upgrades and enhancements to their core Front and Middle Office commodities trading systems.
This role will be primarily generating new business but can also develop business from existing accounts. You will be ably supported by a strong and experienced technical team and benefit from the excellent reputation and array of high profile customers that our client enjoys.

This is a pure Channel sales role and as such, the successful candidates will be of graduate calibre and have at least 3 years competitive, target driven sales experience, preferably selling to digital marketing agencies or any Marketing environment.
The role will be working on innovative projects, designing and building new products; you will be bringing fresh new ideas to the company. You will also be streamlining existing products and workings directly with the development teams meaning the designs are executed as intended.
You will need an experience of working within a BDM role, and will deal with brokers on a daily basis. Preferably you will be field based (commutable from London) and will have contacts within the financial sector who you will be able to contact once you start in your new position.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, motivated and extremely hard working as well have experience working within a large enterprise. The successful candidate must have experience with both oracle and MySQL as the role will involve a split between the two (40% Oracle and 60% MySQL).
As a key front office developer, you will be working within a small, focused development team (6) migrating the correlation trading activity onto their new platform. You will be responsible for working on multiple complex projects, working with quant and trading, and delivering to a tight time scale.
As an analyst your role will at large include profiling and analyzing key competitors, as well as market entry, market sizing and growth strategy. A demonstrated track record of success will see successful analyst move quickly up the corporate ladder.
The ideal candidate will have previously managed up to ten developers and have experience of coaching people in agile development techniques. Candidates must have come from a technical background and be able to be hands on if/when necessary.
As an Oracle Architect, you will have exposure to the above, and you will ideally come from an FS, Consulting based background. The package on offer is significant, and the technology/project progression available is industry leading.
