The Senior Lead Technical Specialist acts as a subject matter expert and applies a high level of expertise, through business/technical consultancy and hands-on project work, focussing on service quality, problem and recovery management, platform availability and identifying risks.
You will facilitate the delivery of projects from testing sign off to production implementation and will also document release procedures for new applications. You will have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and release control tools. You will have experience with SQL and MS SQL Server or Oracle RDBMS as well as either Remedy or Serena Dimensions.
