The post holder will be expected to generate new business opportunities and manage existing account with the sole task of increasing GM sales. As part of this project they are looking to recruit a number of HR Managers and HR Business Partners to provide the HR leadership and management level HR operational experience that a project of this nature requires.
Successful candidates will have extensive experience in dealing with Public Sector frameworks and departmental bodies with experience selling similar IT services and solutions. Appropriate candidates must be enthusiastic, driven and have a proven track record selling services in the value of £1m+.
The position will involve providing support to both Commercial and Public Sector customers throughout Scotland ensuring they receive fantastic technical understanding on all aspects of the sales process from proposal through to design and implantation.

You need to be able to demonstrate previous success working with a number of different vendors and liaising with customers up to C-level. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage the entire deal cycle from inception to close and be able to define the correct proposition for specific client needs.
