The Senior Transition Programme Manager is fully responsible for successfully delivering of all Transition projects and programmes. This includes both new clients and also new contract work for existing clients. This is done through a team of Business Change Managers (matrix management).
The Senior Business Change Programme Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of a portfolio of business change projects via a team of Business Change Managers (matrix management). As an integral part of the Business Change leadership team, you are responsible for the internal Change Management and Project Management methodologies.
