You will handle your own portfolio of approx 15 cases of complex technical predominantly RTA files in excess of £250,000. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will already be operating a similar level with demonstrable track record of running complex, high value, technical Personal Injury claims.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable record of dealing with Multi Track Personal Injury claims, ideally you will be an accredited member of the PI panel or alternatively meet the membership criterion.

You will be responsible for the smooth, efficient running and development of a team of multi track Fee Earners and assistants reporting directly into Senior Management. You will have clear experience of working in a supervisory / management role with excellent knowledge of the claims handling process and litigation experience.
Due to continued contract wins from reputable and ethical sources, they are expanding their Multi Track department and as such have an urgent requirement to bring on board strong, experienced Catastrophic Fee Earners to join the new team.
To handle a portfolio of claimant catastrophic injury cases to Minster Law clients. The caseload is predominantly RTA based and involves cases with complex technical issues and quantum in excess of £250,000.
The role includes the following activities: · Managing Dalkia procedures applicable to work being undertaken · Managing Construction, Mechanical and Electrical projects typically £100K to £4M.
Controlling costs in line with departmental and dealership objectives and business plans, you will ensure that profit targets are achieved, margins maintained and expenses controlled, utilising all resources cost effectively. It is therefore essential that you have experience of controlling costs on this scale.
You will ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is demonstrated enhancing the reputation of JCT600 Ltd by creating and maintaining an environment where all management and employees develop and excel.
You will possess excellent management credentials and demonstrable experience of operating as a Team Manager with headcount at least 20 in a Legal Services environment.
You will be responsible for the smooth, efficient running and development of a team of multi track Fee Earners and assistants reporting directly into Senior Management.
