Leading a multi-discipline team including senior and junior engineers, environmental and other specialists and technicians to develop highway and engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specification and construction to a high quality on time and budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, yet still remaining hands on throughout this time. Any experience mentoring / leading more junior developers will be highly preferred.
