Analyse and interpret changes in Government policy in relation to nuclear energy and waste, and to help the County Council continue to play a leadership role in Cumbria in responding to and driving nuclear related programmes of work
You will be hunting for new business within central government departments and some larger councils, selling at senior engagement level within both business and IT. This new sales role has come about due to expansion and it is envisaged that you will be handling five and six figure sales deals. Full product training is provided and your new business sales activities will be well supported by a dynamic management team.

Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project, etc. Typically, projects fall within the £1m to £3m range. When in a supporting role, the project size may be far greater.
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a highly skilled and dedicated sales, support and engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional business strategy that will build upon their strong market share and profitability.
The focus is upon SME UK commercial package and combined insurance business, derived purely from the supporting broker channel, and consisting of independent regional brokers ranging upto larger, nationally represented firms.
