Responsible for creating learning plans for business units within Concur. Development of the learning plan will include detailed analysis of the business unit's growth plan, goals, hiring plan, current skillsets and revenue targets. The learning plan will include an on-boarding plan for new hires and an annual learning and development plan to support the strategic goals of the business unit.
