You will be responsible for identifying, analysing and promoting key growth opportunities within the EMEA Region, developing and agreeing joint annual business plans with distributors in accordance with the EMEA strategy, managing distributors to performance target through regular review, manage key accounts and relationships of existing customers and maintain regular positive contact with customers and increase sales and gross margin performance of territories versus agreed objectives whilst optimising internal resource to markets.
