You will work alongside the existing team to develop and expand the real estate litigation offering, working closely with a varied and impressive client base including well known national retailers and other end users of commercial property and investment landlords.
As a Corporate Lawyer within this team, you will be responsible for working closely with a variety of FTSE 250 clients and other large national and local clients. You will be advising both Public and Private companies on a range of matters including management buy-outs and buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases, re-organisations, and regulatory compliance.

My client is a small law firm, looking for an ambitious HR professional to head up their HR team and project manage a number of new initiatives starting up within the firm.
We are currently looking for an outstanding Corporate lawyer with 3-4 years PQE with experience in advising international clients, ideally gained a top Indian law practice, strong interpersonal skills, sounds legal knowledge of Indian law and an excellent academic history.
This role requires someone who has experience in both commercial and procurement law and will report to the Head of Commercial Law and ultimately to General Counsel. They are currently looking for a Head of their Private Client department, spearheading a team of six. The firm has a large and well established client base, so a following is not fundamental.
Reporting to the Director the role is to handle matters involving IP law and global patent procedure. This role will suit a candidate who is either working towards qualification or has 1 - 2 years PQE*.
Working within the Birmingham office, you will be expected to provide patient related health law advice and services to a range of healthcare and clinical negligence clients, and in particular acting for the NHS LA.

This is a Senior Counsel or Counsel position in the Chevron Upstream Europe (CUE) Business Units Law Department that provides legal services to its assets in the UK, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.
Experience in Criminal Law is essential. Experience in fraud, extradition or regulatory litigation will be an advantage. In addition to the above the ideal candidate will have an excellent academic and training record, combined with a strong team ethic and highly-developed interpersonal skills.
