The Lead Weight Engineer is responsible for the timely and accurate estimation and preparation of all mass properties estimates and reports on the A350 XWB -1000 program. They will be responsible for coordinating and quality checking of weight estimates conducted by 2nd tier suppliers and being the expert in front.

Summary: Junior Software Engineer will join our group of experienced Software Engineers to work in maintaining and extending existing products. It is a dynamic, fast moving, and busy role with the potential to work on different IVHM products.

The Technical Lead - Stress Analysis plays a key role in the technical leadership of the A350XWB Wing Trailing Edge program. You will act as a technical expert on the stress analysis required for the program, with opportunity to carry out hands on work as well as mentor and develop the skills of graduate engineers across the team.
Responsible for providing governance, reporting, standards, methodologies, project administration costs, finance, planning and assurance functions to the Change Portfolio Director and team. Manages, supervises and plans utilisation of a number of planners and co-ordinators to provide the above.
The quality engineer will be responsible for carrying out APQP and FMEA. You will manage quality reporting activity, both internal and external, coordinate resolution of any quality issues, identify and set quality standards and KPIs to meet customer specification and expectation.
The role also involves managing projects, preparing proposals, managing resources, identifying technical issues as well as authoring and presenting technical papers. Working closely with IACS and other industry bodies youll present Lloyd's Register's technical capabilities to clients and wider industry.
Your primary duties will be to lead the analysis of service issues, field failures, manage test & validation programmes, mechanical design of components including stress & thermal calculation plus analysis of static & high speed rotating components with rigorous design for manufacture and assembly.
The Technical Lead - Stress Analysis plays a key role in the technical leadership of the A350XWB Wing Trailing Edge program.
The position is based in the Environment Group which is a multi-disciplinary group including engineers and scientists and teaching courses in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Environmental Sciences.
