Based in either central London or Surrey you will advise on European IT matters across procurement transactions. You will be responsible for negotiating and advising on contracts across software and hardware purchases, disposals, software development, support services and hosting of services. Your coverage would be across the businesses European IT procurement scope.
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 PQE and relevant commercial experience, having trained at a top law firm and with excellent academics. You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex and high value commercial contracts and have strong commercial awareness, along with an advanced understanding of legal risk.
