Your main duties and responsibilities will be to provide effective strategic and clinical leadership in the delivery and development of NHS pharmaceutical care of patients in the community and provide expert pharmaceutical advice regarding Pharmaceutical Care medicines and technologies to Scottish Government, NHS Scotland, Health Partnerships and Primary Care Healthcare Professionals.
The successful applicant will lead a regional team of Government Account Managers and Executives focused on driving growth in existing and prospect organisations across the Health Sector vertical. As Sales manager, you will execute the Public Sector sales strategy and ensure the achievement of all-financial targets and KPIs. You will effectively manage, develop and coach all direct reports ensuring the highest levels of professionalism are maintained and that all activity is aligned to the Public Sector strategy and wider Business goals and objectives.
