Reporting into the VP Procurement, the Head of Logistics Buying Procurement is accountable for purchasing all $225m of logistics services across all product groups in the UK, France, Ireland, Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal and Greece. Our Logistics Community have started work on a 3 year Cost Transformation Programme: tendering activity is a major part of this.
The successful candidate for this position will come from a strong SQL background and will have experience working as a SQL server DBA. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Third Party reporting tools and will ideally have had some involvement in capacity planning.

This role will involve the successful candidate consolidating strong client relationships, building and managing a strong pipeline within the retail or private sector such as logistics/transport/utilities/telecoms/media.
