You will be managing engineering development projects new product introductions into the production process, i.e. including the management of project objectives, timescales & budgets, define the scope of the projects and the resulting implementation plans i.e. design modifications & commissioning in the field to ensure that the master schedule always reflects their latest schedule and define the benefits, cost, key result areas and success criteria for defined projects.
The main responsibilities of this role include leading the financial strategy of the business, running the annual budgeting plan, provide monthly reporting and business analysis, develop financial and business systems and practices, play a lead role in acquisitions and manage the finance team.
