PRODUCTION MANAGER Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Production Department. The Role *As a key member of our Senior Management Team, the Production Manager will report to the General Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of Production within the Braintree Site.
Within the role you will provide detailed drawings and technical support for Production Applications. This will involve working with Design personnel and producing detailed designs suitable for manufacture. You will also assist the Design Manager and Production Manager with technical documentation.
CNC Operator is required with programming experience and with knowledge of operating a CNC Router. Wood machining knowledge would be an advantage, as would a background in man management, perhaps have lead a small team in a previous appointment.
The Person: *Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline (electrical/electronic or electro mechanical) *Able to demonstrate a successful NPD track record gained in an electronic sensor technology or similar environment. *Effective team player a strong understanding of NPD/market dynamics.
